Online registration for 2026 ILMA Engage opens in January 14 at 12:00 pm ET.
All attendees who register for ILMA Engage confirm that they have read and agree to these policies.
Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations before March 27 will be granted a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations requested on March 27 or later will not be refunded except for documented health issues and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $250 cancellation fee will apply. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your Engage meeting registration to another ILMA member, please contact Tim Mack.

Your guest cannot be affiliated or employed with a company within the lubricants industry. Guest registration includes: Opening Reception, Lunch Session, Refreshment Breaks, Breakfasts and Farewell Happy Hour. Guests are welcome to attend any of the programs throughout the meeting.
