Online registration is open through March 27. All attendees who register for ILMA Engage confirm that they have read and agree to these policies.
Cancellations and Transfers
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations before Friday, March 27 will be granted a refund less a $225 administrative fee to cover credit card processing fees and other expenses related to registration. Cancellations requested on Friday, March 27 or later will not be refunded except for documented medical issues and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $350 cancellation fee will apply. If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your Engage meeting registration to another ILMA member, please contact Tim Mack.

Your guest cannot be affiliated or employed with a company within the lubricants industry. Guest registration includes: Opening Reception, Lunch Session, Refreshment Breaks, Breakfasts and Farewell Happy Hour. Guests are welcome to attend any of the programs throughout the meeting.

Teams of four will compete at Saltleaf Golf Preserve. Not only is it situated beside Estero Bay, Florida's first aquatic preserve, the Troon-managed course continues a long, respectful co-existence with a 144-acre, Florida uplands preserve. Raymond Floyd’s challenging 18-hole course embraces the natural habitat with no formal bunkers and minimally altered terrain that includes lakes, indigenous plantings and trails along wild spaces. Registration includes greens fee, practice range, transportation, sleeve of golf balls, continental breakfast with hot food, and two drink tickets per person.
