Room Rate at the Renaissance Esmeralda: $299 per night (standard room)

This rate is available to registered attendees only from Monday, March 31 through Saturday, April 5. A total of 15.25% in state and local taxes plus a California Tourism Fee of $0.90 per night will apply to all reservations. A credit card will be required at time of booking. For suite reservations, please call Marriott reservations department at 888-236-2427 for availability and pricing. Only one room per registered attendee is permitted.

 

The daily resort fee has been discounted to $15 (normally $45) for attendees in ILMA's room block. This fee includes but is not limited to: enhanced guestroom high speed internet access, 2 bottled waters in guestrooms, fitness and yoga classes with professional instructor, bike rentals, and tennis & basketball court access (including racket and ball rental). Pool access is free for overnight guests.

Registrants give permission for the Renaissance Esmeralda to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA, the Renaissance Esmeralda and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the Renaissance Esmeralda providing ILMA the information.

Cancelation & Early Departure Fees at the Renaissance Esmeralda

To cancel a reservation, please contact the hotel. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 pm 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.
 

Travel & Ground Transportation

• Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is located 14.9 miles from the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa.

• Uber, Lyft, local taxi, shuttle and car service are available. For ride share pick-ups, follow the rideshare signage to the designated area located at the south end of the terminal in the commercial lane across the street from WestJet Airlines (click here to see pick-up location). Taxis and rideshare companies will be in demand and wait times could be long. Please plan your trips accordingly.

• Renaissance Esmeralda recommends Lin Lines and Cardiff Limousine & Transportation for car service.
   

Parking

Discounted self-parking is available for $10 per night, with in and out privileges (usually $28). The discounted rate will be applied at check-in. Valet parking is available for $45 per night, with in and out privileges. Rates are subject to change.

Spa and Fitness

Find your perfect balance and discover a haven for rejuvenation, restoration and indulgence. A 10% discount for ILMA attendees has been extended for 50-minute massage, facial and body treatments. ​Guests can enjoy 24-hour access to the Esmeralda Fitness Center. The newly remodeled, 4,643-square-foot fitness center features stunning views, state of the art cardio and weight machines, free weights and Peloton bikes.
 

Beware of Attendee List Pirates and Travel Agency / Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Engage hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Engage attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Engage attendee list is available on this website (menu bar at the top of page) and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.
