Hotel Reservations

 

The Omni La Costa is accepting reservations for registered ILMA Engage attendees on Wednesday, January 6 at 12:00 pm ET. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making a reservation at the Omni La Costa at the ILMA group rates. The deadline to reserve a room within ILMA’s room block is Friday, March 27. To avoid the need for changes later, please review the agenda before making your reservation. We encourage you to book early, as ILMA’s room block typically sells out quickly.​

Room Rate at the Omni la Costa: $XXX per night

This rate is available to registered attendees only from XXXday, April XX through XXXday, April XX. A total of x% in state and local taxes will apply to all reservations. A credit card will be required at time of booking. For suite reservations, please call the hotel at 239-390-4340 for availability and pricing. Only one room per registered attendee is permitted.​​

 

The daily resort fee has been discounted to $25 (normally $45) for attendees in ILMA's room block. This fee includes but is not limited to: XYZ​​

Registrants give permission for the Omni La Costa to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA, the Omni La Costa and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the Omni La Costa providing ILMA the information.

Cancellation & Early Departure Fees at the Omni La Costa

To cancel a reservation, please contact the hotel. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 pm 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.​

Travel & Ground Transportation

• McClellan Palomar Airport (CLD) is located 3.5 miles away from the Omni La Costa

• San Diego International Airport (SAN) is located 31 miles away from the Omni La Costa

• John Wayne Airport (SNA) is located 61 miles away from the Omni La Costa

• Uber, Lyft, local taxi, shuttle and car service are available. Taxis and rideshare companies will be in demand and wait times could be long. Please plan your trips accordingly.

Parking

Discounted self-parking is available for $24 per night, with in and out privileges. Valet parking is available for $17 for up to 6 hours or $32 for overnight with in and out privileges. Tesla Destination and Universal Electric charging stations are available for EVs. To receive the discounted rate, please mention you are with ILMA.

The Spa at La Costa & Athletic Clubs

• The Spa at La Costa provides innovative treatments and rejuvenating experiences. A 10% discount for ILMA attendees has been extended. Please call 239-390-4360 to make an appointment and mention that you are with ILMA. Learn more.

Beware of Attendee List Pirates, Travel Agency and Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Engage hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Engage attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Engage attendee list is available on this website (menu bar at the top of page) and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.
