Important Hotel Update
ILMA's room block at the Loews is now full and the hotel will not release additional rooms to our group.
Rooms may still be available outside of ILMA's room block at the prevailing rate.
ILMA secured overflow room blocks at Glorietta Bay Inn and the Hotel del Coronado. The deadline to book a room in ILMA's block at both hotels has passed, but rooms may still be available at prevailing rates .
Free shuttle service to and from the hotel is provided. Shuttle capacity is limited. First come, first served.

Cancelation & Early Departure Fees at the Loews
To cancel a reservation, please contact Tim Mack as soon as possible so ILMA may accommodate those on the room block waiting list. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 p.m. 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is located 12.6 miles from the Loews.
Uber, Lyft, local taxi, shuttle and car service are available. Taxis and ride sharing companies will be in demand and wait times could be long. Please plan your trips accordingly. Click here for designated ride share passenger pickup locations.

Many companies provide taxicab service at San Diego International Airport. If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A customer service representative will place you with the first available taxi, unless you specify a particular taxicab company.

Parking at the Loews
Self-parking is available for $47 per night, with in and out privileges. Valet parking is available for $50 per night, with in and out privileges. Rates are subject to change.
