Hotel Reservations

 

The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is accepting reservations for registered ILMA Engage attendees on Wednesday, January 14 at 12:00 pm ET. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making a reservation at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point at the ILMA group rates. The deadline to reserve a room within ILMA’s room block is Friday, March 27. To avoid the need for changes later, please review the agenda before making your reservation. We encourage you to book early, as ILMA’s room block typically sells out quickly.​

Room Rate at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point: $289 per night

This rate is available to registered attendees only from Tuesday, April 21 through Friday, April 24. A total of 11.5% in state and local taxes will apply to all reservations. A credit card will be required at time of booking. For suite reservations, please call the hotel at 239-390-4340 for availability and pricing. Only one room per registered attendee is permitted.

Please Note: The ILMA room block is fully committed on the nights of Thursday, April 23rd and Friday, April 24th. If you would like to be placed on a waitlist, please contact Tim Mack at tmack@ilma.org.

ILMA has secured an additional block of rooms at the Hyatt Place Fort Myers Estero, located 2.2 miles from the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort. Click here for more information.

 

The daily resort fee has been discounted to $25 (normally $45) for attendees in ILMA's room block. This fee includes but is not limited to: guest room high speed internet access, 2 bottled waters daily in guest rooms, 2 welcome beverages, 24-hour fitness center access, pool activities, lazy river, slides and lawn games, ferry transportation to the resort's secluded island, beach chairs and umbrellas at the resort's beach, rock climbing wall, resort transportation on demand to Marina and Saltleaf Preserve Golf Course, golf bag storage (subject to capacity), preferred tee times at Saltleaf Preserve, electric car charging stations, on demand transportation to Coconut Point Mall, access to resort's putting green, access to Pressreader during stay, and craft kits on request​​​

Registrants give permission for the Renaissance Esmeralda to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA, the Renaissance Esmeralda and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the Renaissance Esmeralda providing ILMA the information.

Cancellation & Early Departure Fees at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point

To cancel a reservation, please contact the hotel. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 pm 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.​

Travel & Ground Transportation

• Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)  is located 14 miles away from the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.

• Uber, Lyft, local taxi, shuttle and car service are available. Taxis and rideshare companies will be in demand and wait times could be long. Please plan your trips accordingly.

• Naples Transportation & Tours (NT&T) is the preferred ground transportation provider for the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. To receive a 5% discount, book your ground transportation here.

Parking

Discounted self-parking is available for $24 per night, with in and out privileges. Valet parking is available for $17 for up to 6 hours or $32 for overnight with in and out privileges. Tesla Destination and Universal Electric charging stations are available for EVs. To receive the discounted rate, please mention you are with ILMA.

Stillwater Spa/Salon and Fitness Center

• Stillwater Spa offers multiple services including massages, facials, body treatments, nail and hair services. A 10% discount for ILMA attendees has been extended. Please call 239-390-4360 to make an appointment and mention that you are with ILMA. Learn more.

• The fitness center, open 24/7,  is equipped with free weights, weight machines, ellipticals, treadmills and bicycles including a Peloton.​
   

Beware of Attendee List Pirates and Travel Agency / Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Engage hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Engage attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Engage attendee list is available on this website (menu bar at the top of page) and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.
