Roy is president of The ESG Group and is a California licensed mechanical engineer. He also serves as the sustainability coach for The FSO Institute, which provides proven industry executives and expert advisors to businesses. His extensive industry experience includes serving as the director of advanced technology and sustainability at a fast-growing food tech startup, Impossible Foods, and numerous leadership roles in other food and manufacturing companies.
Previously, he served on the executive board of PMMI’s OPX leadership network, representing the consumer packaged goods and supplier packaging industry, and authored their 2023 work product on “Journey to a successful ESG program.”
