Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making your hotel reservation online at the ILMA group rate. Special rates are available to registered attendees from April 18 – 23 while availability last. You must be registered for the meeting to secure a room in ILMA’s room block. The deadline to book a room in ILMA's block is Tuesday, March 28.

ILMA Foundation Golf Tournament


Thursday, April 20, 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Teams of four will compete on the Mountain Course at Ventana Canyon. Weaving through desert cacti and scenic canyons, the course embodies the character of the Sonoran Desert landscape, as well as a unique variety of desert fauna. Nestled against the rocky terrain, the course, designed by Tom Fazio, blends into the Santa Catalina Mountains and boasts the most photographed hole west of the Mississippi. 

 

Grab-and-go continental breakfast will be provided at the course. Registration also includes greens fees, cart fee, a sleeve of balls and two drink tickets per person.

This event will sell out so reserve your spot ASAP!

Golf Registration: $230 per player

Club Rentals: $85 per set

Cancelations & Transfers

Cancelations before March 24 will be granted a full refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancelations requested on March 24 or later will not be refunded except for documented health issues and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests for refunds must be submitted to Tim Mack prior to April 6.

If you can no longer attend but would like to transfer your Engage meeting registration to another ILMA member, please contact Tim Mack.

Beware of Attendee List Pirates and Travel Agency / Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam.

 

Information regarding ILMA Engage hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation.

 

If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Engage attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Engage attendee list will be available here on the ILMA Engage website and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login will be required.
