The Hotel Del Coronado is now accepting reservations for registered attendees only. Your emailed registration confirmation will include instructions for making your reservation online at the ILMA group rate of $409 per night. This rate is available to registered attendees only from Wednesday, April 10 through Sunday, April 14. A total of 12.55% in state and local taxes will apply to all reservations. A credit card will be required at time of booking. Only one room per registered attendee is permitted. The deadline to book a room in ILMA's room block at the Hotel Del Coronado is Friday, March 22.
There is a Historic Preservation Fund "HPF" that will be added which is $15 per room, per night. The purpose of the HPF is to support the ongoing preservation of this 1888 National Historic Landmark and to protect its legacy for generations to come. The daily resort fee (normally $35) has been waived. This fee currently includes: guest room internet access; unlimited indoor fitness classes & beach yoga; live streaming of Netflix, Pandora, Hulu, YouTube & Crackle; discount tickets to top San Diego attractions; local and toll-free calls; daily newspaper available in the lobby; in-room coffee, tea and bottled water.
Discounted self -parking is $30 per day (normally $55 for overnight guests, per day).

As of February 23, Wednesday, April 10, and Saturday, April 13 are the only available nights in ILMA's block. All other nights are sold out. The Hotel Del Coronado (above) has rooms available for all nights.
The Glorietta Bay Inn is now accepting reservations for registered attendees only. This rate is available to registered attendees only from Wednesday, April 10 through Sunday, April 14. A total of 12.55% in state and local taxes will apply to all reservations. The daily resort fee is $40 per day. The fee currently includes: hot Glorietta breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking (for 1 vehicle), coffee from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., PressReader (online service for magazines and newspaper), beach supplies (beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards), robes within every room for the guest to use, pool and hot tub usage (pool is heated to 81 degrees & hot tub is heated to 102 degrees).

Cancelation and Early Departure Fees at the Glorietta Bay Inn and the Hotel Del Coronado
To cancel a reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block at Glorietta Bay and the Hotel Del Coronado not canceled by 12:00 p.m. 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Check out prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.
Free Shuttle Service
Shuttle service is provided by the Loews Coronado Bay. Pick-up and drop-off is on Orange Avenue in front of Coronado Beach Resort's black awning that says "Lobby" – located down the block from the Glorietta Bay Inn and across the street from the Hotel Del Coronado. Shuttle comes every 15 and 45 past the hour. Shuttle capacity is limited. First come, first served.

Beware of Attendee List Pirates and Travel Agency / Room Reservation Scams
If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Engage hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Engage attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Engage attendee list is available on this website and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.
